I certainly don’t agree with their theology, however, we had poor choices this election cycle - and socialism won. We weren’t voting for a pastor of a church, but for an administrator and that administrator should possess morals. Which of the 2 had higher morals? It certainly wasn’t the person who won.

I kind of wondered in the back of my mind if the Mormon Church would have had an influence on the WH if Romney would have won.I don’t believe he would have used the WH for a pulpit, but we’ll never know that.

Would that have moved to the forefront of your mind if you had known that Mitt has taken this vow in mormon temples numerous times?

“You and each of you covenant and promise before God, angels, and these witnesses at this altar, that you do accept the Law of Consecration as contained in the Doctrine and Covenants, in that you do consecrate yourselves, your time, talents, and everything with which the Lord has blessed you, or with which he may bless you, to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for the building up of the Kingdom of God on the earth and for the establishment of Zion.
