I just received a call that my Father passed today. Please pray for my Mother for strength.
They were two weeks shy of their 55th wedding Anniversary.

I've been married for just over twenty years, together for twenty-five, and I cannot imagine the heartache of losing him. But I do know, when the time comes, if he goes before me, that the best way I could honor him would be to remember his good traits, forget that he had any bad ones and continue to live my life in a way that he would have wanted. When we really love someone, we love them so much that we don't want them to be hurt, to cry or be unhappy. So, although your Mom will have to grieve and miss your Dad's presence as will you, go on with your lives how he would want you to.
May our Heavenly Father comfort and console you and your family and give you peace.
