How would these posters react, if they were in a car wreck and learned that some of the EMTs, ER staff, the surgical team and trauma surgeons were Mormon.

I oppose Romney because he's a liberal, abortion supporting, homosexual marriage endorsing, Romneycare creating, gun grabbing, Taxachusetts, lying socialist. I opposed him because of his record, not because of his religion.

Mormons need to get over their own victim mentality and quit trying to make martyrs of themselves when there's no justification for it.

It's no different that all the minorities who claim we're opposed to obama because he's black. His skin color has nothing to do with my lack of support for him. His politics and ideology do.

Yeah, I hear ya. Still, we KNEW what Obama was -- a radical, America-hating Islamic -- and then we had Romney, claiming to have changed (and lots of interviews with that change featured). So to me it was well worth the gamble. He actually did a pretty good job explaining why he had to govern like he did in MA; it satisfied me enough to vote for him.

See, I don't have a problem with people who opposed Romney for the reason you cited. You weren't convinced. Okay.

But to oppose him on the religion, and be glad he lost, so that a Mormon is not in the Presidency....?

I was very much against Romney in the primaries for **all** the reasons you stated.

But.. After the primaries Romney was the better candidate than the Marxist Obama.

However....I trust that God will give our nation what it needs. Sometimes that means pain and suffering. Perhaps Obama and his policies and the **inevitable** outcome will bring this nation to repentance more quickly. I surely to pray that this is so.
