The 0bamanation is indeed an antichrist, but he is not THE Antichrist as mentioned Revelation; that was probably mohammed.
People make the erroneous assumption that everything in the vision will happen in a human lifetime. But just as the Hebrews misunderstood the varying prophecies about the Messiah as being simultaneous, those about the antichrist are apt to be spread over centuries or even millennia. Mohammed's armies will indeed mightily vex the followers of Christ, and may even come to dominate this world before His coming again.
