Divorce is clearly commanded against in 1 Cor 7:10. Divorce is sin, unless for adultery as Christ said. However, the scripture never places the same condemnation upon approving divorce as it does with homosexuality. After condemning homosexuality in Romans 1, verse 32 speaks of the righteous judgement of God against those "approve of those who practice them."
"I hate divorce," says the LORD God of Israel, "and I hate a man's covering himself with violence as with his garment," says the LORD Almighty. "So guard yourself in your spirit, and do not break faith."
And Jesus says to divorce and remarry is to commit adultery. Not supposed to approve of adultery, or so I've heard. Approval is one of the ways you participate in others' sins.
