Simone Campbell should be excommunicated from the Catholic
Church. Any Catholic that openly supports a pro-abortion, pro-queer “marriage” candidate is causing great scandal within the Church and needs to be kicked out. The Episcopal Church will welcome her with open arms and make her a pastor.
For a progressive, she’s a walking contradiction. Criticizing Ryan’s budget for violating Catholic teaching is essentially saying government policy should tie itself to the teachings of a specific religion.
It’s strange how the wall between church and state is a living, breathing thing when progressives want their way. But it’s nothing new; same for the Constitution, “compromise,” “bipartisanship,” “patriotism,” and so on ad infinitum ad nauseam. Where the cause is “just,” be deaf to principle.
