Actually there were six:
(took this off a post from svcw)
I saw a chart once that showed fourteen.
In 1832: he said he was age 16, in the wilderness, pillar of light spoke to him
In 1834: he said he was age 15, was awakened, just started thinking about God
In 1835: he said he was age 14, in a grove, a single personage spoke to him
In 1840: he said he was age 14 or 15, by his house, two glorious personages
In 1842: he said he was age 14, a secret place, fire pillar or two personages
In 1842: he said it was early 1820, in a secret grove, two people who glowed
Interesting really, I know if I saw God Almighty, in person, my account would not ever change one iota, every detail would be remembered in glorious detail.
It just goes to show you when you lie, the events always change.
Now Steven Florida. Read post #66. That is from a man Mormon's claim to be a prophet of God. Who claimed all Christian denominations were abominations to God. And I'm not supposed to ridicule that their prophet can't keep his story straight?????
Any Mormon that looked objectively at the evidence, would conclude that Joseph Smith was no prophet.

This is an old cop trick. You get the suspect to tell what he knows, then a little later ask again, and again, and again.
If the stories don’t add up then you start pointing out the difference and watch the suspect sweat.
