but “mums” the word on Kevin Barrett’s message. Won’t go near it, LOL.

“There is nothing to take apart, it is meaningless, it has no force, it is the jabbering of a FOOL, he is a tool, he is a false prophet, HIS MESSAGE HAS BEEN CONDEMNED. He is no better than 0bama speaking on faith, the Bible or religion in general. The scripture presented show the inauthenticity of his statement.”

Whether or not we cooperate with God’s “grace” (like “Faith” in your plural “gifts”) AND our free will choice every single time, determine our actions, our works, we are not robots. Eph 2:

“8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of WORKS, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS, which God prepared beforehand that we SHOULD walk in them.

Keep thinking that, scripture disagrees, even if the false prophets says otherwise. You don’t walk in the good works prepared by God for you to do but they are of your own volition? Counter to the Bible, but I realize that isn’t much of an obstacle to one getting updated revelations from Jesus Himself. Because the ‘messages’ contradict the written Word we are secure in knowing they are false.”

Faith DOES NOT cause you to do a work.

“It most assuredly does if it is real. Man is incapable of ‘good works’ pleasing to God apart from faith.”

~ ~ ~

Hey, not true, Kevin Barrett’s message hasn’t been condemned. By what authority? Protestants are their own authority.

Don’t you be a “fool” following Luther professing “Faith Alone.” So much error comes from following Luther’s lie.

You will not give it up. Verse 10 above shows that we
“should”, understand, we choose always.

The “works” Paul is talking about are the false “works” of
men, not truly coming from following God but that of the Pharisees in Christ’s time demanded not EVERY work.
Protestants foolishly claim instead it is every work and action with “Faith Alone”

Your last comment, fall back to but no one disagrees! Yes, all good comes from God.

Faith is a PART of our JUSTIFICATION but it does not make
you do a “work”, the false belief to prove “Sola Fide.”
So obvious, then it’s all faith. Nonsense. With the help of God’s gifts of faith and grace, we must CHOOSE to do a
work. He wants us to love Him because we choose it, we
are not robots dear one.

Gal 2:16
But knowing that man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ; we also believe in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

Protestant Debra Lowe IS from God. Why would Our Lord say such a thing...???

Ummm...excuse me, but why is this "Debra Lowe" referred to as a "Protestant" if she is supposedly getting private revelation from Jesus Christ saying, " God is going to reveal to everyone personally, including non-Christians, the “faith” is Roman Catholicism."???Is she waiting for something to happen to convert?

James 2:24 Do you see that by works a man is justified; and not by faith only?

“The catholic favorite: James speaks of living faith that has works, not works without faith. Read the whole chapter in context.”

~ ~ ~

In your rather long dissection of my post, I appreciate the reply to James 2:24. James doesn’t say your Protestant same old, same old, “that has works.” The Catholic teaching is we are saved by faith AND works. Seee...the two terms are both there in James 2:24. James is making the point.

Why follow vile Martin Luther? “Sola Fide” is his, it’s not of Christ, this fact alone would make me leave Protestantism.

You nor I have the authority to interpret Scripture, doesn’t matter if one reads the “whole chapter” day and night for a 100 years.

The words to Kevin Barrett are true, that’s why you are
protesting them. Jesus in the message said three times,
“Faith Alone” is a lie. He wants you to realize now before
the Great Warning.

And I post again, better than I can explain, Faith does not
make you do anything. And notice that word “obedience”, the
same word Our Lord used in explaining in Kevin’s message.

_ _ _

Some Protestants insist that it is the faith that does the work in us not we ourselves.

Faith (God’s gift to man through His Word / Eph 2:8; Rom 10: 17) is a necessary motivation for us to obey but it does not make us obey. Man has a choice to resist or yield, therefore the OBEDIENCE is our responsibility. It is our OBEDIENCE in response to faith that brings justification (and Eternal Life). Justification then brings “perfect” or “complete” faith, the proof we have that Eternal Life (See John 3:36!). Further, Eternal Life is something we possess in degrees and that corresponds to how close we have grown to Christ. It is Eternal Life we are given NOT a promise of the eternal possession of that life. That Life, however, is so powerful that nothing in all the universe, but one’s OWN SELF WILL and SIN, can remove us from Christ’s hand (Romans 8:35-39).

~ ~ ~

It looks different, which post # did you take my quote from boatbums? Good question though...thanks.

I know a lot of non-Catholic Christians who accept their
current messengers and reject Catholic messengers and Catholic current prophecy. Here, some people reject both~!

The messages say what they say, Jesus is directing non-Catholic Christians in a gentle way to accept the
faith, Roman Catholicism. He cannot be direct, remember
history up until and including today. You would not believe a message from Our Lord saying the Remnant is Roman Catholic but “soon” you will decide, yes or no to become part of the Remnant, to become Roman Catholic.

I wish you to be Catholic, convert, the time is coming, the world will be at it’s worst, you’ll see the celestial event AND Our Lord’s cross in the sky, then, personally experience a NDE type of life review, seeing your soul as God sees it.

A good thing to do now is to pray about the pinnacle, believe in God’s presence in the Holy Eucharist. Ask Our Lord in prayer. 2nd, accept Mary’s help, she is your mother too and third, believe John 20:23, Confession to a priest. Those three are major. I know devotion to Mary is a difficult one now but watch, all three will be your
heart’s desire soon.

Read the three prophetic excerpts again from messages given these three Protestant prophets..seers...messengers in the last couple of days.

I should start a thread, non-Catholics and Catholics could
post the messages from Heaven.

blessings,

_ _ _ _ _

“Hear Me and understand that I Am sending a great shift in what you perceive and know as My church. I Am shaking every House that bears My name and yet does not know My ways.”

Our Lord’s words, “My Church”, singular again. God is going to reveal to everyone personally, including non-Christians, the “faith” is Roman Catholicism. http://ft111.com/lowe.htm message to Debra Lowe 7/27/12

“This is a time to awaken. This is a time to awaken and see what I have before you, says the Lord. The Lord says, I would give you new eyes to see, for you cannot see anything at times but the natural.”

Ah, true, the rejection of the most Holy Eucharist, you cannot “see” a change in the consecrated host.
http://the-christians-forum.com/topic/4876891/1/ message to Cindy Jacobs 7/27/12

“For I am about to rain down fire from heaven that will purge and purify those that have a pure heart after Me.”

Rev 6: 15-17 ~ is the awakening, the Great Warning, the 2nd Pentecost.

Hi xone,

I wish I could help you and the other brothers and sisters in Christ here to reject Martin Luther’s “Faith Alone.”

I wondered about the word “should” so I looked it up in
the Douay-Rheims Bible, it is the same word. http://www.drbo.org/ “Should” is correct, you still have to decide, choose to do a good work.

It’s not the lie “good works” flow, follow come from
having Faith. See the web, it’s all “faith” so “faith”
would make you do the good work. No way!

Eph 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus in good works, which God hath prepared that we should walk in them.

~ ~ ~ It looks different, which post # did you take my quote from boatbums? Good question though...thanks.

It's a "good question" but one you failed to answer. Why? You can wish me to be a Catholic and "convert" but that and a buck will buy you a cup of coffee. I have ALREADY been converted to the true gospel of Jesus Christ. I have been born-again through faith in him since I was sixteen years old. I was saved OUT OF Roman Catholicism, why would I need or want to return? Would I have to give up the assurance of my salvation that Jesus already promised to me and all who will call upon His name? No thanks.

I live a life of holiness through the grace of God and I live by faith in the Son of God who gave Himself for me. I cannot be saved by my own efforts - no one can - because, if we could be saved by our works, Christ is dead in vain. (Galatians 2:20). We are saved not by righteous things we do but according to His mercy He saved us. (Titus 4:5,6). The Apostle John wrote under REAL inspiration of the Holy Spirit that he wrote these things "so that you may KNOW that you have eternal life and that you may believe on the name of the only begotten Son of God." (I John 5:13)

Now, why would Jesus come along two thousand years later and tell some nobody something opposite of what he told John? Why would He tell these nobodies something that contradicts the very Word of God? The answer is He wouldn't. So, you must ask yourself who IS speaking to these nobodies - if they REALLY are receiving prophecies and not just pretending? What would the motive be for telling everyone something counter to the Bible?

You say that these are "Protestant" prophets but you interpret what they are saying as meaning everyone MUST be a Roman Catholic to be saved. What is more important, that someone join the Roman Catholic Church or that they believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior? What actually saves someone? Hint: It isn't joining a church.

Jesus was asked by someone, "What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?" Jesus answered and said unto them, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." (John 6:28,29) Notice He said NOTHING about going to confession to a priest, receiving the Eucharist, OR become a Catholic, did he? Nope, if anyone is trying to say Jesus is telling them to announce to the world that they HAVE to be a Roman Catholic in order to be saved or escape this "warning", they are NOT speaking the truth and if they are NOT speaking the truth, they are speaking lies and we all know who the Father of lies is. Second hint: it ain't Martin Luther.

I think it would be a good idea if you just HAVE to post these so-called prophecies, that you keep them within a separate thread and not try to hijack every other thread you find. Just some friendly advice. You don't seem to be convincing anyone with your current method.

Friendly response...

I never said you have to be Catholic to be saved. I said
the Remnant is Roman Catholic.

I wish I hadn’t replied to you now, back to square one.

Why the Great Warning in Revelation 6:15-17 is going to happen. You reject so much, especially three of the most important means to God’s grace. #1 being...the Holy Eucharist.

Another misunderstanding, no one is going to “escape” the
Warning, it is because of God’s great love and mercy that
we will all experience it.

More clown suited arrow spinning by FakeProphet Inc. Like the apparition at Medjugorje selling books to these clowns selling advertising based on website hits there is a lack of discernment. Even in the face of Vatican rejection of the former, postings of the latter that wouldn't have a chance of being investigated continue. More YOPIOP from a 'catholic'. Paraphrasing the argument: "Well they seem so sincere and honest and real and nobody can refute them blah.blah blah." Makes for great doctrine.

And I get hit for being anti-catholic? If this stuff wasn't so painful to read, what an ad for the Reformation. This cafeteria baloney doesn't make Catholicism look good quite the opposite.

I must have missed your reply to Natural Law.

Well phrased. This is not Catholicism. Merely using some of the same terms is like saying that astronomy and astrology are equivalent because they both look at the stars.

I do have to add that I don't understand the amount of personal abuse stpio has been allowed to experience in his dubious revelation threads. Particularly in the light of the treatment of technicolor "white hankie" crack pots over the last decade. One wonders that if Stpio were not a self professed Catholic would he receive more protection.

Peace be with you

Mocking the references isn't personal abuse. Reference Elijah's dialog with the prophets of Baal, although that got real personal at the end.

One wonders that if Stpio were not a self professed Catholic would he receive more protection.

Perhaps if there was more catholicism to it he might.

I'm not saying the criticism are not warranted, or that the motives and sanity behind some of stpio's posts should not be questioned, only that the protections against abuse are not uniformly enforced. I have personally been thumped hard by moderators for comments far more benign that were directed to openly hostile anti-Catholics than some that are posted about stpio. Markbsnr has been as well.

I only started one thread about a particular private revelation because it mentioned the 5th Marian Dogma. But I do speak of private revelation in various Religion threads and Secular threads, it’s important to the times,
and goes without saying...to the faith.

What pains me is the disbelief. The messages from Heaven say the disbelieve and hate is going to get much worse for all Christians, especially Catholics.

There’s one end time, so easy to see the messages from Heaven to Catholics and Protestants are stating the same. My main point for bringing current prophecy up is why argue any longer? The Remnant is Roman Catholic, do not take it so personal if you aren’t Catholic yet, you personally didn’t decide to reject the Church, the reformers did. Pray about it, study the faith. Delete all non-Catholic and anti-Catholic sites. Search Catholic writings, type in first...Catholic Apologetics...then the subject.

The Douay-Rheims and the Catechism are there on the Net to read.

The messages from Our Lord to St. Faustina are not “dubious” but speak of the “awakening” as Protestants
know it. Catholics know it as the Great Warning.

It is a good idea to start a messages from Heaven thread.
People can add Protestant and Catholic current and past
messages they found enlightening. Beats the attack, ah,
but the naysayers will show up there too.

Both Natural Law and I have both been heavily involved in Catholic defense, I think that you were at least peripherally involved on some of the threads. :)

I don't care if it is Protestants that misstate Catholic doctrines and beliefs or whether self-identified Catholics who do so. If I may take the liberty, NL; neither of us will put up with misrepresentation of Catholicism without rebuttal.

The RM has perhaps the toughest job on FR. Certainly we both have been on the receiving end of 'unfair' rulings, however, just like a hockey referee or baseball umpire - you'll get the occasional thing wrong inadvertently. The RM has ruled in my favour on occasion (well, very occasionally :) as well. Big deal. We're big boys and let's look at it this way: as Catholics we are given a pretty high standard.

And let's face it: we've given as good as we've got. You have chosen a slightly different path over the last little while; I have not. Sort of a:

Jesus wasn’t “comparing” the stars. He wasn’t comparing anything in the message to Kevin Barrett, Jesus said 3 times in the one little paragraph “Faith Alone”is “false”, a “lie.”

You won’t take the message excerpt apart or post it and comment showing it to be false because you know it is true.

STOP stating a real falsehood, that only approved private revelation is true.

Jesus is helping Protestants see the faith, accept it, Our Lord is preparing them to become Catholic.
