It reminded me of an anecdote I heard once.

Some Military Men found themselves stranded on a remote South Pacific Island. They were greeted by some very ferocious tribesmen who spoke English and professed Christianity.

The rough Military Man was skeptical, and said “You believe in that old fashioned stuff?”

To which the tribesman replied, “It is good for YOU that I believe in that “Old Fashioned Stuff”. Otherwise YOU would be Dinner”.
