More crepuscular [dawn and dusk] actually although they are up rambling around at night, sometimes.
Feeding night always takes place beginning around 4:30 am because that’s when they’re most likely to eat eagerly.
No matter what you do with artificial lighting, somehow the little goofs know what time is *really* is....:)
