If you leave the Presidential line blank it is a non-vote and non-votes are not counted. It’s pretty simple.
No one is entitled to my vote and its not going to go to liberal Romney.

I’m not sure why it is so difficult for people to understand that votes not cast do provide positive support for Obozo.

True, but if you leave it blank and the guy next to you votes o bama, that’s +1 for o bama. If you vote ABO it cancels out the vote for o bama.
