To: If You Want It Fixed - Fix It
The child will give society an opportunity to experience love
So if I am interpreting this correctly, it's my job as a taxpayer to help raise someone's child so I can experience love?

No, you are also expected to pay for it yourself.
Many Christians ignore the “birth control” prohibition. It’s imminently impractical for many in the industrial world, is pretty darn ambiguous Biblically (Onan, be fruitful and multiply are vague and meaningless for modern-day people) and most think that they are not going to Hell for using a condom. That’s why people who say that “birth control” is evil are regarded as fringers and are political poison.
