I don't think anybody worships Muhammad. The Muslims revere him, but they don't worship him.
I’m still praying for a miracle.
Sadly, I agree. Rick Santorum has wasted a perfect opportunity to advance the conservative agenda to the national level by over-playing the ‘social’ card when he needed to promote the ‘economic’ card. People are hurting since Bush checked out early, and Obama ransacked and torched the place. We need someone who will re-build, not a preacher.
It borders on worship.
I mean no disrespect-—I just have a question for Santorum supporters. Do you think Santorum might have been better off to try and win back his Senate seat, like George Allen is doing in Virginia?
Santorum goes to one revival meeting and is toast? Obama goes for years to Rev Wrights church and gets a pass? What?? I don’t think anything said at that revival matches the things that Wright said.
Sounds like the fire for this event was Rev. Dennis Terry, pastor of the Greenwell Springs Baptist Church.
This is a Christian fight, now just a Catholic Fight.
We are in this battle together my FRiend.
And it is truly a battle for the survival of this nation.
Prayer: “Lord we often forget:
‘No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.’”
And we pray: “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.”
Why is it O.K. to profess that Allah is your only God right before you ram airplanes into buildings and not O.K. profess your love for Jesus and then pray (which is somehow offensive). Santorum is just fine, this country could use more people like him in government. Why is freedom of speech reserved only for non-christians? Why are you judging him by his religion? Where were you when Reverend Wright spewed his hate? I would imagine that you were not asking for Obama to just run for senate again? Can you answer some of those questions for me?
America is finished if “conservatives” don’t stop dancing to the liberal beat.
This pastor said nothing even remotely controversial and Rick Santorum said nothing at all.
Sadly we pray in times of trouble and tribulation but when things are going good we become neglectful.
They worship Mohammed, as well. Name all their kids after him. If you lived in an Asian country long enough, you’d say that they also worship him. He comes part and parcel with Allah.
Of course the NYTimes plays this up as some crazy-eyed rally. I see absolutely nothing wrong with what Pastor Terry said - nothing. A lot of Americans, such as myself, hold these very same beliefs.
I can’t believe you’ve totally swallowed the MSM line with so little resistance. As the primaries have progressed I’ve watched videos of Santorum’s speeches and have seen for myself just how badly the MSM has made his campaign all about morals and values. I’ve seen firsthand the great lengths to which the MSM has gone to marginalize Santorum, and values voters along with him. I watched a speech Santorum gave in Ohio - it was posted on the C-span website - which was all about the economy and manufacturing. Did you notice it?
The MSM wants values voters (i.e. CONSERVATIVES) to go off and sit in a corner wimpering. It sounds like you’re there already.
The Founders are rolling over in their graves witnessing this spineless generation.
Some of the best happened to America when preachers founded Colleges, hospitals etc. If George Washington and Abraham Lincoln were here today they would be derided as “preachers.”
The founders of Harvard, Yale, Princton etc. we ministers and servants of God. Harvard College was founded in “Christi Gloriam” and later decicated “Christo et Ecclesiae.” The founders of Harvard believed that:
All knowledge without Christ was vain.
The American revolution began in the churches.
That’s why its so important for the left to attack Christianity with such rage. They fear us.
Second, Rick said in his own words..'Issue in This Race Is Not the Economy'
\ What a dumb and stupid thing to say! - to me, that says it all.
The guy is a 'default' candidate who never had any constituency and had 1.5% support at the start. His track record is not ready for 'prime time'. He can look good for a few debates, but his record doesn't demonstrate 'gut' strength on economic issues. He's done! He's toast! We have no real conservative left to keep Romney out!
Looks like I will have to do a write-in come the time for the general elections and vote for the best conservative canidiate during the upcoming primary.
