The doctrine is literal physical transubstantiation. That this is untrue is plain to any who partake. Redefining terms does not change the objective truth.

It is plainly the body and blood of Jesus Christ as anyone who believes can clearly understand. The simple reason is because the Bible tells me so. Moreover, I understand what the Church means by "substance".
