Do you know they are being duped? Did they tell you or are you spreading what you heard. What are we taught about gossip? Those poor people, as you claim, can walk out if they feel they are being deceived. They have the Word.
Who cares about them anyway? They don't have to listen to him.
Hopefully, they listen to God if they care about themselves.
Anyone who claims to speak for God and claims to proclaim the gospel OUGHT to be and come under tremendous scrutiny to protect others from being led astray by them.

Copeland states:

Copeland states additionally and note the last sentence......”So before Jesus came to the earth, God spoke His Word and then spoke His Word again.... How many times did He say the Messiah was coming It was prophesied over hundreds, even thousands, of years. He kept saying, ‘He is coming. He is ‘coming..... the circumstances in the earth made it look as if there was no way He could accomplish it; but He just kept saying it. He would not be moved by what He saw.... God would not relent.” (the power of the tongue 9-10.) So here God spoke the universe into existence (which the Bible attributes to Jesus)...... but to make him a human it took a long time of confession.

Copeland right out denies the deity of Christ here. That makes him a false prophet, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
All I see from your response is more *blame the victim* mentality. It’s the fault of the people listening to him that they get duped because they didn’t check it out for themselves, never the fault of Copeland who is teaching known heresy.
And here many of us are, checking it out for ourselves using the Bible that you say they have to check, and we are getting castigated for it by the Copeland defenders.
Fine. Defend your teacher of heresy and don’t bother checking him out. But don’t expect the rest of us to be duped like that.
