Two things,
first no one can really force someone to do something they don't want to do, even if you hold a gun to someones head and tell them to particular deed or they will die, it is still the individuals choice to participate or not even if it means they will die.
second, what about Muslim midwives? Are they going to be forced to cooperate as well?
