Hasn't Rubio himself repeatedly said his is not interested in the Veep slot? I can think of another Floridian who would be a better asset than a GOP-lite soft on immigration guy like Rubio anyway: Congressman Allen West.

Yes, because he knows he is not eligible to the office.

He is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.
