FR is so cool because it makes you think. Time to put this discussion aside. Ponder on it and come to terms of what you got out of the discussion. Did it put your minds closer to the Lord, if only for a small part of your lives?

Everyone had a great intellectual workout. Now peace and calm need to preside in our minds.
The very cool thing here is how many believers we have on FR who have interest on trying to get it right.

That said, here something that may be another point of interest to many; how many fully clothed angels can fit on the hear of a pin?

Two points.

One is that nobody is not calm.

The other is that somethings ARE important but some things are worth pushing for.

Seeing someone commit what can be clearly interpreted as idolatry and breaking the second commandment is worth getting riled up about. If we saw someone committing a murder or adultery, we’d certainly point it out as well, as with any other sin. That;s what we are to do as Christians, warn people.

It’s God’s word that says not to bow down to images. It’s talking about the physical act so all the excuses about how it’s not really worship simply do not ring true. Catholics can try to justify it all they want, but the plain fact is bowing down is bowing down and can be seen as a clear and deliberate act on the part of the person, motive notwithstanding.

You are welcome to put this discussion aside any time you want to . It's easy just stop reading the thread. It's a nice feature on FR . No one is making you read what you don't want to read.

Some of us have more stamina than others I guess , a workout doesn't leave us drained nor winded . Peace and calm ---> I HAZ IT

Don't worry we have no plans on making any rules that will make it a crime for you to go count them .
