I'm sorry if you see it that way. It is not hate for the Church that is behind our expressions but a love for Christ which constrains us to speak the truth to those who seek to know Him. What I hate is the devil who is a liar and the father of lies, he is a liar who tries to steal the word from the hearts of those who desire it. He sows the "weeds" that spring up among the wheat. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. He is an enemy of everything that is right. Full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Who will never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord.
What we fight is the false and accursed gospel that cannot save but enslaves the lost to a hopeless system of works and rituals that can never make the doer righteous. We fight for the truth of the Gospel that preaches salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. The Gospel that assures all those who receive Christ HAVE everlasting life and will not come into condemnation but have passed from death unto life. If that is "unhinged", then slap that label on me because I will not stop speaking the truth.
