Tiapam has been a Freeper since December, 2009; Cardhu has been a Freeper since July, 2005. Please remember them in your prayers.
I talked to Yorkie tonight; she is in ICU with serious non-lifethreating injuries.
She has many broken and crushed bones on her right side. She will need lots of therapy and lots of prayers.
Please say a prayer for Tiapam's and Cardhu's families and friends.
Yorkie is in urgent need of prayers for both physical and emotional healing. She and Tiapam have been friends for 27 years.
Thanks for the update, Amy.
Prayers just keep getting lifted up to Our Great Physician.
Oh Yorkie, my dear FRiend, prayers up hoping for a speedy recovery, may the Lord be with you!
Thank you for this update Amy.
Our family and even extended family have been in prayer for Yorkie’s complete recovery.
I am so glad that D’Ogee is going to be with Lil Bit.
That is a great plan.
My card will join yours in the mail tomorrow.
The very first walk I want Yorkie to take is down Amy’s Walkway here at Amy’s Place. We will come along side her and walk with her....yes we will.

Hi BQ,
I was wondering the same thing and have been delaying calling her for that reason. I don’t want to call her if it causes any pain but she has requested I call.
I don’t know what to do...
Call her! She really enjoys knowing that she has not lost touch with her FRiends.
If she can’t talk when you call, she will let you know.
I just tried calling but her mailbox is full right now.
ROTFLMFAO, now that is how it should be!
Thank You!
Talking to yorkie now!!!
update to follow
LOL...thanks for the laugh...Just catching up on the Prayer Thread today...... The scripture says " A merry heart doeth good like a medicine" and we need to keep our Yorkie-poo laughing!....
ps. the " poo" part is a endearment we use here at our home! lol

As much as that is true...she is the keeper of the chuckles. She is normally funny but in her condition to keep the laughs going is amazing. But then, she IS an amazing person!
Bless you, Randy! :)
She'll love talking to you again as soon as it's possible.
Suppose the food could be put DIRECTLY on the bed tray thingy. Suppose said bed tray thingy can be tilted towards the patient
Perhaps said patient could put her mouth at the rim of said bed tray thingy and shovel the food into ones mouth, bypassing the fork and spoon
Ill go away now before I get kicked off of FR...:)
LOLOL....another good " merry heart medicine..." post!
well she could just tell the nurses that she is in fact a " Yorkie" and lap it up!...
By George! You indeed are on to something! :)
Talking to yorkie now!!!
Oh good!
Yorkie update 3:00 pm
Yorkie wants everyone to know that she appreciates all the prayers and well wishes. She can’t wait to receive the cards coming, and wants to thank all for your concern.
She is very grogy at first but wakes up to be more like herself in a few moments. She says that the therapist has rigged up a stick with a brush on it to brush the hair on her toenails!
The wingbone on her back(right side is broken in halk, and she has a broken collar bone on her left. She has limited mobility with her left hand BUT can answer the phone and wants to talk to us.
She told me about her friend Pam, but I will leave that to her to tell because it is a very long and involved story about two great friends.
She wants to get online but will only be able to read...her family is bringing her a laptop this evening.
She still needs all of our prayers because she has a long hard journey to recovery!
Thanks for the update, Randy.
Guess she’s not up to going out to dance tonight, but I’m sure she likes the idea. :^)
Could you ping your list to post #537 please.
Just a brief synopsis of our chat.
Thanks for the update. Prayers will continue!
