Ummm Try reading it again, it was in opposition to the HETRETICAL practices denying the BIBLICAL belief in the bodily resurrection.

I don't know of any Cemeteries "owned" by the Catholic Church, just as i don't know of any Protestant cemeteries owned by Protestant churches or Jewish ones owned by Jewish Synagogues.

You might want to reign in your bigotry.
