Prayers up.
Vet,
Please get your hands on some Christian books on healing. (I will send you one if you like.) You HAVE been healed through Jesus’ finished work on the Cross of Calvary. When He paid for your sins, He also paid for your diseases and provided healing for you. You don’t need to convince Jesus to heal you. He already said yes. By grace He has already said YES to your healing. It is His will for you! You must bring it into your physical body by faith. Hear the Word of God and believe. FReepmail me if you want to share your address. I will be happy to send you a CD of healing verses of scripture. Meditate on them day and night. The Word is Spirit and LIFE! GOD wants you WELL-—both you and your wife. With Him, all things are possible. It is His desire that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers (III John 2). Speak His words out loud-—no matter how bad things look or how bad you feel. Proclaim your healing each and every day. Speak to your mountain (the pain and the edema) and it must leave! The devil will lie to you and tell you that you are nuts, but you aren’t. Are you going to believe God or the devil? You can be victorious. It is what God wants for you. God does not fail. We fail when we do not believe Him. His Word is truth. I will be praying for you and your wife to receive all that God wants for you. Stay strong.
Praying here, 2nd.
Prayers from my family to both of you. And please take advantage of all the medical assistance your local VA can provide you with; my ex-husband did and it was excellent.
I hope that you guys are doing better. Either way, I’ll pray!
Father Sporrer came to America from Germany and -- before WW_II -- preached against war from the pulpit at St. Monica's in Santa Monica, California.
Then, along came WW-II, and Father Otto Sporrer went to Norfolk in 1941 or 1942 to become a Navy Chaplain.
Later, In Korea, Chaplain Sporrer was with Marines at Chosin Reservoir -- and all hell broke loose -- leaving his Marines essentially leaderless. So he took off his chaplain insignia, took command, and led a successful combat retreat -- saving a number of Marines from death. For that, chaplain Otto Sporrer was awarded a combat award: the Silver star.
He was close to his HS students at St. Monica's, and very much appreciated later by the most famous of Marine Generals, Chesty Puller.
Father Otto now rests in peace.
I will keep you and your wife in my daily prayers. God Bless you both.
My sincerest prayers for you both.
God Bless.
