You CAN'T serve two masters - God and 'man'. Either it's God's Word or man made teachings - don't mix the two. Because man made teachings/traditions nullify God's Word. Only use the one that is the Final Authority to you.

You might want to rephrase that sentence - your writing is just as screwed up as your comprehension. That could be the result of too much spinning and twisting.

And when you post to me - don't say 'the church'. Say catholic church - or mormon church - those are man made churches w/man made teachings. It's best to keep things honest and clear. I attend God's church where Jesus is the HEAD and where HIS WORD is the FINAL AUTHORITY and anyone entering through our doors already know Jesus died ONCE.

You think you can remember that - Christians go to where Jesus the Christ is the Head and where GOD'S Word is the FINAL Authority, Catholics go to a catholic church where man is the head where man made teachings reign and Mormons go to the mormon church, also, where man made teachings reign. I believe even you can keep that straight.

i am glad you and i agree THE CHURCH teaches Jesus died once, never to suffer or die again.

i guess i am stupid, but when your previous post said Jesus died ONCE ( boldened for emphasis ) i took that to mean you were implying the Church taught something different than that. that was my mistake, i am glad we agree Jesus died once.

BTW - THERE IS ONLY ONE CHURCH, JUST AS THERE IS ONLY ONE LORD, ONE FAITH AND ONE BAPTISM.

Mormons, Baptists, Jehovah Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventist can all put “church” after their name, but the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church was established by Jesus Christ Himself and it is THE CHURCH.
