I know - they couldn't think themselves out of a paper bag. If they are in it - they would assume they have to stay there because the RCC says 'don't question'.
Disobeying His Word is bad enough but trying to justify it in spite of being told numerous times they are wrong - has eternal consequences. When told they go into 'mock mode'.
