My question on this one would be when did the RCC abdicate the responsibility of the church to the government?

Access to adequate medical attention, the pope said in a written message Nov. 18, was one of the "inalienable rights" of man.
When did that happen? There is no scriptural support and secular government is not the purview of the church.
The entire mindset of those letters indicates the propensity for a one world government and a totally socialistic trend. The only scriptural truth that can be gleaned is that prophesy is correct for the end of this age.
Those who claim salvation on themselves and who would compel God to acquiese to their own Judgement.
