no excuses from this Catholic.

what we are witnessing is the great falling away from the Church that the Scriptures tell us will happen right before Jesus returns.

Satan has been loosed and the plague of homosexuality and other immorality spreading like wild fire in the Church is the result.

the true remnant is in real tribulation over these developments.
the two witnesses ( a picture of the Church spreading the Gospel to the world ) are indeed dead and the unsaved world is rejoicing!!

what should worry those on this board that claim to be Christian is they seem to be rejoicing as well!!

this fact goes right over their heads.

Aren't you Catholic? If so, then why stay there, knowing what you know?

COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM.

It's always been there...When your magisterium (whatever that is) proclaimed that all clergy had to be unmarried and uncommitted to women, the stage was set...

Your religion grooms this clergy class from childhood...And what you guys do not seem to realize is that celibacy is not a chosen lifestyle although that's what you guys proclaim...

We men are made to be united with women...Celibacy is very rare and it is a gift from God...You can't just chose to be celibate...

Well, that's the way it goes when a Priest or Bishop tries to advance ecumenism. They have to deal with queers ordained as Episcopal, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Fundamentalist, Church of God, and the thousands of other groups that "ordain" pastors. When any Catholic stoops to the level of a "Proddy" denomination of course many of those in the "Proddy" crowd will slander the Catholic and ignore the fact that what the Catholic is doing is just agreeing with one of the "Proddy Volk".

Church teaching hasn't changed, The Church remains The One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church begun by Christ Himself. Catholics have only been going awry since they began to sometimes ignore what the Church teaches in order to be more "open" to the obviously lost "Proddy" crowd.

Reaction to this article just goes to show how many a "Proddy" will a) rejoice whenever some "Proddy" leads a Catholic into the same sort of heresy the vast majority of non-Catholics pretend is Christianity, and b) repeat a lie over and over with no regard to the truth.

Amen to that.

My opinion is an over-reaction would be a mistake. What we have seen in the Episcopal and other Protestant churches is an escalation to schism. I think this is what those with the homosexual agenda want. The more they are ignored outside their area, the better.

It is wiser to shun and respond appropriately within congregations and diocese - without allowing our opponents to be successful in attempts to split the Church.
