Not all of it. Some aspects of Vatican II actually facilitate the reunion. For example, the Epiclesis is included in the Novus Ordo but not in the Tridentine Mass, but the Eaterns consider the Epiclesis the high point of the Liturgy. The cautious introduction of "subsists in the Catholic Church" rather than "is in" regarding the presence of God was probalby meant to sound more inclusive of especially the Easterns. Liturgy in the vernacular likewise is more palatable to the Orthodox than the alternative.
But I agree that the Vatican II introduced above all the spirit of incessant innovation in the Church and that is working against a meaningful reunion. I just think that in a few generations all who want to become Protestant and then march on to complete apostasy will do so, and with that the Latin Church will regain a good measure of orthodoxy.
