Grace and peace to all of you. I am very new to this site. The holy spirit brought me hear tonight to look over many answers here. To learn and to share.
I have questions here if anyone would be kind to take the time out to answer:
1. If we want evil to stop, why do speak of where it is, how to see it, where to see it, and when it may happen?
2. Do we really believe GOD sees all things and will handle all things?
3. If we revere Mary as the mother of GOD, why do we not copy her obedience??
4. If we believe in CHRIST as the son of GOD, who killed no one, loved everyone, and died for all. Why do we worry about dying?? Why do we want to kill others?? Why do we hate others? Why do we want to own land, take over other countries? Why do we want to judge others faith, walk, and lives before they die, knowing that GOD has power to save and can save anyone?
5. Do we believe heaven exists?? If so, where is it for all of you??
The holy spirit brought me to some passages for all of us to think about:
The love of Christ that we should live and show the world LUKE 6:27-36
27 'But I say this to you who are listening: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who treat you badly. 29 To anyone who slaps you on one cheek, present the other cheek as well; to anyone who takes your cloak from you, do not refuse your tunic. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and do not ask for your property back from someone who takes it. 31 Treat others as you would like people to treat you. 32 If you love those who love you, what credit can you expect? Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit can you expect? For even sinners do that much. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you hope to get money back, what credit can you expect? Even sinners lend to sinners to get back the same amount. 35 Instead, love your enemies and do good to them, and lend without any hope of return. Mary's love, obedience, and acceptance that we should all follow in situations that GOD can handle that we cant
Luke 1:29-39
29 She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, 30 but the angel said to her, 'Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God's favour. 31 Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. It’s interesting to realize how small a group we’re dealing with. I think it is sort of like entering time warp, being dropped in on a back room meeting of the Know Nothing Party - and there’s all of four members there.
It’s still a bit difficult for me to resist clearing up a particularly odorous stink bomb, but I’m getting better at it. It’s like getting inoculated against stink perhaps..
I think it is important too to remember that there are some honest protestant debaters who show up occasionally and are capable of adult rational and informed discussion.
That's about the right number. I'm pretty certain that there are a few with multiple screen names and/or on a second or more incarnation.

Unfortunately, they too seem to be less frequent. Probably because they too are offended by the various stink bombs and have no compelling reason to participate on either side.
When you take the length and breadth of your posts they are full of your opinion....and avoid addressing the issue at hand.... diverting the attention elsewhere rather than address the topic you yourself questioned me about.... The pope and leadership of your church in NOT seeing to the work at hand in bringing the perps to account continues....the lack of the pope and the church leadership ridding the church of their Homosexual/Pedophile Priests was the topic of which you and I began converstaion...which you STILL have not addressed.

The last I saw FR threads are open to any for comment. The question would be you've been here long enough to determine who you might debate with....if you've found them wanting then why comment at all? .....You speak out of both sides of your mouth D-Fender.
Duly noted you paid lip service to the children who are victims....and yet you swing immediately to whinning about the church being the victim once again....well I wonder how many of those children were assaulted, attacked... again and again and again and again and again and again..... by Priests... and those in the leadership who protected them... though they clearly knew this was happening.
Your church is not under atack so it's useless to claim that over and over....but they are making people angry for not ridding the church of these beasts and allowing further children to be in danger.
You may not have been here long enough; but if you wish to do your thing on this topic, there’s thousands of posts, dozens of threads, all manner of self-righteousness attacks on the Church. You can search and revive the threads and vent there if you still feel deprived.

Expecting responsibility and accountability for the actions of the priests is no different than expecting responsibility and accountability for the actions of any common criminal.
It is NOT an attack on the perpetrator to expect him to be held accountable for a crime. Why should the church be exempt?

Well that's pretty obvious....you've made it clear that in your eyes the church is the victim instead of admitting the church not only has protected these perverts, but "payed to play" by not charging them with the crimes they committed. As a result children remain in harms way. ...and the 'smell' from the church leadership, who continue to deny the obvious, is overwhelming....as well as it's members who brush this off.

Well obviously catholics do not see this command as directed at their leadership...they are exempt...OR...because the Pope and Priests claim to be representatives of Christ then it sure appears they are giving a green light that it's perfectly acceptable to Christ they harbor these criminals. But to me this means they are then ANTI-CHRISTS as long as they continue to do so.

Lol. Once again we have glaring evidence of how the RCC gets its inflated membership rolls -- it lies.
I thank God every day of my life He spared me the superstition, mysticism and corruption of the church in Rome.
Thank you, God, that I was not born into the sterile, perverse bondage of the Vatican, but permitted the liberty of conscience which only Jesus Christ provides.
