Since it is not possible for you to know my back ground and my interest in historical prospective, I'll let your comment slide.
Jesus was a militant in the Spiritual sense. He was not as you apparently want Him to be weak. He is the Son of God. He had a mission. He carried it out.
Jesus knew what needed to be done and He did it. He and His brethren all paid a physical price for their words. Jesus with stood torture and the Cross for what He did. (Thank you Jesus) Your weak Jesus could not have done that.
I actually feel sorry for you that you have apparently relegated Jesus to a meek and insignifate looking and acting figure.
All the brethren who followed Jesus had different styles of preaching and spreading the Good News. If you choose to be meek and unoffensive then fine that is your style, my style is more the style of John the Baptist and Paul.
