“Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” John 6:28-29
We agree - Jesus did the work of God on the cross because He was/is both divine and human in His Person.
He did not do our work for us though.
What about Phil 2:12 - with fear and trembling work out your salvation?
You can’t just ignore scripture.
