My opinion is that in the political arena, we should not reject the help of those who hold a similer philosophy to ours, even if they have different religious beliefs.

I'm not aware of anyone right or left, who is trying to throw out Mormon or Muslim votes for their side, but when it comes to religion, Christians have issues to discuss.

I don’t disagree. I haven’t argued against the religious opinions in this thread, I only questioned the statement of fact regarding the Nevada senate election. The issue of “throwing out mormon votes” came up when another poster argued that Angle shouldn’t have distanced herself from comments made by her ex-pastor which attacked voters who were mormons.

Your statement suggests that Angle was correct to NOT attack mormon voters, and that was my argument against the other poster.
