I would have liked to have had ben’s answer, short and to the point, yes or no. It appears ben is not reading the posts, just surfing over the comments. Can you blame a Mormon for not reading the truth quoted from the archived teaching of that religion? I mean, if Joe Smith was supposedly a prophet of God, he would not have spoken the blasphemy in #218 above. The statement from Smith quoted in #218 is directly opposite what the Bible tells us about God. A true prophet of God would not make such a blasphemous assertion and then go on to teach that blasphemy as fundamental to the religion such as mormonism. The Lorenzo Snow couplet is famous, but ben apparently doesn’t realize from whence came that couplet, whom began the blasphemy. Can you blame a Mormon for not allowing their mind to record the truth of what their false prophet taught?

Yes and no. Yes because it is their salvation on the line and it grieves me that they would rather live a comfortable lie than really search the truth.

No, because the brainwashing is very intensive and deep. The clutches of Mormonism are hard to escape, which is proof it is the demonic cult we know it to be.
