#3: From the article: The church's assets are thought to be worth more than $30 billion.

(That's why it's known as Lds, Inc...where it is even building secular shopping malls not too far from its HQ in Salt Lake City!)

#7: From the article: The Twilight saga is actually about the Mormon belief in eternal marriage.

And it's also about the Mormon belief that you can exist forever in an immortal, god-like state.

#8: From the article: The Mormon church thinks polygamy might be okay in the afterlife ...(the official Mormon church)...still believes...the divine principle of plural marriage may apply in heaven. In the case of death or divorce, Mormon men can be sealed to another wife and all of their celestial marriages will be honored in eternity.

So much for the Mormon misdirection that polygamy, in their eyes, was "done away with." (They just think it was colonized elsewhere...and will be re-instituted on Planet Earth when the Mormon jesus reappears)

#9: From the article: Mormons wear special undergarments called a "temple garment"...designed to give "protection against temptation and evil."

Yeah, I can hardly wait when foreign journalists query "President Romney" about his "under" wardrobe. How "enlightening" would be such a detailed report on that!

#10: From the article: Mormons believe that when Jesus returns, he's coming to the U.S...Jesus will personally return to reign over a paradisaical Kingdom on earth. His headquarters will be at the...temple in Jackson County, Missouri...

Except that the original location prophesied by Joseph Smith for the return isn't owned by the mainstream Mormons anymore! Temple Lot is owned by a very small sub-sect that broke off from the Mormons...and this sect doesn't even call themselves "Mormon."

Boy, what a dilemma for the Mormons! Here, Smith prophesied about Jesus ruling from a temple they don't even own!

Give it up about the Mormons.

I’ll take Mormons over Muslims anyday.

If we want to trash RINOmney, just do it on his miserable record...we don’t need to bring religion into it.

From the article: Mormons believe...all the...Christian churches fell into apostasy.

As in essentially 100% apostasy. Don't believe the Mormon lie that they were attacked first; they were spreading slander from the get-go...
...& continue to spend millions of $...
...& massive volunteer & professional manpower...
...to maliciously label the worldwide Christian church as defunct.

What about the magic underwear?

What specifically does it protect from?
Does it only protect the covered areas?
Is it effective for non-Mormons?
Is it bullet proof?
Does it itch?

Jealous?

What separates the Mormons from any other Christian organizations (besides the fact that “folks” think it isn’t Christian...) who invest their tithes into things, places and entities that produce income?

“Folks” are so hung up on the word “MORMON” that they won’t even condider the true name of the church: The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints.”

“Folks” are so pitiful in their anti-arguments. *sheesh*

One of the subtle differences between the teaching of Christianity and the teaching of Mormonism is that Christians are married “until death do us part” while Mormons are married for all eternity. And this is no small distinction. It is clear in the Bible that there will be no marriage nor giving in marriage in eternity.

So today's talking point is "They have money, so let's tax them out of existence"?

Why does that sound so much like ObaMao and his redistributionist socialist army of freeloaders and miscreants?

[ ...The church’s assets are thought to be worth more than $30 billion.

...The church reportedly receives more than $5 billion in tithes every year.

The church also has substantial real estate and for-profit business investments, managed by Deseret Management Corp. The company is one of the largest owners of farm and ranch land in the U.S. It owns the country’s largest nut producer, AgReserves, Inc., the 14th largest radio chain, Bonneville International Corp... ]

Which is why they are surviving and even thriving in this era of Christian Church destruction that is led by atheists and statistics...

Many of the Christian denominations have bought into the whole separation of church from state to think it means and includes business ventures and this is why they are losing the culture war. Sad to say.

12th surprising thing about Mormons: Like Jews, they seem to attract the ire of the world’s certifiable sector.

Oh, it’s way worse than your thread post indicates!

Mormon Cult Deception Method:

1. Convince you of their sincerity
2. Trick you into expressing faith first in the Book of Mormon by praying and asking for a sign (this takes you off the objective ground of Biblical truth and puts you into subjective ground of feelings)
3. Convince you that the Bible has errors in its translation
4. Trick you into expressing faith in the prophet Joseph Smith
5. Trick you into expressing faith in the Restoration of the “Gospel” (see Galatians Chapter one)
6. Get you all the way into the baptismal font...

..........................................................

7. ONLY THEN... you will learn the true DEVIANT doctrines of
Mormonism. At this point, it is too late! You only have
feelings as a basis of truth! You will believe anything.

..........................................................

Such as the following “truths” taught in mormonism ...

The 3 Mormon Earth gods:

... The mormon “Heavenly Father” used to be a man, but became God. You will have to swallow that God could sin!
... The Jesus of mormonism was a created spirit being who became one of the three mormon earth gods
... The mormonic Holy Spirit is also a created spirit being. He doesn’t have a body because he is on probation! Yes, he was naughty. He sinned.

... In short, the mormon earth gods are sinful, created spirit beings. But there is more...

The FOURTH Mormon Earth God!

...The Mormon Heavenly Mother God!

Yes, believe it or not, it turns out there is a mormonic “Mother God!”

... SHE and the father god have sex
... SHE is eternally pregnant
... SHE pops out spirit children who will some day get a human body on earth
... SHE is probably not alone! Mormons still believe and teach eternal polygamy.

The Mormonic Pantheon of gods:

... There are BILLIONS or TRILLIONS of mormon gods on other planets.
Hindus have approximately 350 million gods. They are
pikers compared to mormons!

How do they get so many gods? They manufacture more all the
time:

... Any mormon male can be a God with his own planet, mother goddesses, and spirit kids to worship him.
... Becoming a mormon god means lots of works to attain the god-level. This is why you see mormons working so hard. Now you know why.
... Speaking of levels, heaven has three levels.
... All the trillions of gods in the mormon pantheon get together regularly over spring break in Kolob Beach to “counsel together”

What will your life be like as a mormon?

... you have to give 10%?
... your bishop is there to ask if you gave your FULL tithe
... your bishop is also there to ask many probing, personal, embarrassing questions
... Did we mention you will
... you will have to complete Masonic Temple rituals that involve strangers touching your private parts
... You will have to wear magic underwear 24/7/365

Once inside the Morg, you have to accept it ALL to move up the chain towards Godhood.

The church's assets are thought to be worth more than $30 billion.

The Catholic church has about twice that just sitting in their checking accounts. That's why leftists pop their corks in envy over the Catholic church. You don't want to know where leftists keep their corks.

The Twilight saga is actually about the Mormon belief in eternal marriage.

The original 1978 "Battlestar Galactica" was full of Mormon symbolism and references, too. Marriages were "sealing." The star system where humanity began was "Kobol" (Kolob is a star or planet mentioned in the Book of Mormon.) Viper pilots wore flight helmets that resembled Egyptian headgear. There are 12 colonies (tribes) of man and Galactica searches for the lost 13th tribe that set out millennia earlier for a mythical planet called Earth.

The church reportedly receives more than $5 billion in mandatory tithes every year.

I give more than 10% of my income in free will offerings. I don't go by the O.T. laws. I've been freed, Jesus paid the price in full.

The Moron Church’s founder, according to eyewitnesses at his time, was married to a woman.

Yet, while married to that woman, J. Smith was pursuing another woman who happened to be married to another man at the time Smith was pursuing her.

Trashy leader, trashy founder.
