As you have been repeatedly informed, I don't have a religion; I hold the Faith handed down by the Apostles from Jesus Christ. Another difference is that you guys have your own personal gods; God has us.
Once again you are displaying a magnificent grasp of history. Christian churches traditionally faced East. When did the Church form? AD 33. When did Muhammed create his own personal religion? Approximately 600 years later. So who copied whom? A magnificent failure of a copy, but not quite as much a failure as the Reformers and their descendents, though. Muhammed in his theology reduced Jesus to the second greatest saint of all time. The Children of the Reformation have put Jesus in the closet and deified Paul in his place.
There was no church, traditionally...I guess what you mean is that your church from it's beginning continued to face the East to worship the Sun God...And you still do it today...
Eze 8:15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these.
Eze 8:16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.
Eze 8:17 Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.
You can disagree with me all you want but you are disagreeing with God as well...
