The truth. Nothing but the whole truth. And spiritual battles are not won by the ‘arm of flesh’.

Thanks for the post......

It is a spiritual battle; good vs evil.

Thanks Lloyd, right to the point in the very first paragraph.

We always knew many on the left hates what is good and clings to evil. This article is so true. So many people on the left call themselves Christians; yet follow Obama like God sent him. They do not look at his deeds. The bible says many will be deceived, even the elect. I’m not saying Obama is the anti-christ, but in every generation satan must be prepared to have his actual anti-christ ready, because he also does not know the day or hour when Christ will return. Seems to be a lot of potential nominee’s for that position. The bible also says that in the last days the anti-christ will have a forerunner like Jesus had with John the Baptist. Could that forerunner be the media? I believe when Jesus was talking about not throwing stones, he saw what the media would be like today. I’m sure many of their personal lives are something satan can be proud of.

I don’t think the Left vs. Right connotation of the following is a coincident:

The Sheep and the Goats

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

And yet, they believe without divine influence, man is capable of someday achieving universal peace. Totally absurd.

Reminds me of a quote from Chesterson:

"One of the paradoxes of this age is that it is the age of Pacifism, but not the age of peace."

Author has it right. When you wonder why it seems liberals, extreme muslims, seem so united even when it makes little sense it is because they have the same father-satan.

Dude! You hit the nail on the head and reduced the problem to it’s simplest and most profound simplicity. Liberal vs Conservative is just another name for Ungodliness vs Godliness; Depravity vs Virtue.

I’ll reduce it even further for you: Liberals and their fellow travelers want the right to f__k whomever and whatever they want, and they want everyone else to respect and approve their immoral choices so they don’t feel guilty. They always frame this as a civil rights issue, which it is not. This is why homosexuals hate Christians. Unfortunately, the guilt that they feel comes from God and not Man, so unless they repent, they will get no relief from their guilt.
