It certainly does demean Mary and Joseph and goes against God Himself.

God never goes against His Word - a marriage is were two are made one.

Gen 2:24 and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'?

Matthew 19:5-6 and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'?

"So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."

The Vatican/RCC and their promoters have vilified Mary and Joseph implying with their made up virginity after Jesus they went against God's Word to become one. The Scriptures where Jesus addresses his mother and brothers - are ignored by the cult and it's promoters.

' Their made up doctrine for their own agenda to nullify God's Word by using Mary and Joseph is such a demeaning way and making them DISOBEDIENT to God's Word.

When God says 'let man not separate' the RCC says - 'OH YES WE CAN and will'!

The Vatican/RCC is rooted in disobedience, blasphemy, Idolatry. And will take whoever believes/supports their beliefs - down with them!
