Yup. When you realize your desperate condition that you can’t get out of on your own, and realize a loving God made ONE WAY accessible to all people, as a solution to your problem (ie your personal sins condemning you to hell, the place that is totally separated from God).

You are saved when you are born again, like Jesus explained to Nicodemus. He said when God does this miracle, then you can see The Kingdom of God, and then you have the faith to believe. You see, it is ALL His work in us. We cannot even believe without Him so that we must be saved.
