So perhaps this too is why catholics cannot let go of their adoration and worship of mary....even though she is not there either...and never was...their church has made her into an icon which is deeply imbedded in them from childhood. Hard to let go of...but possible for those who want to know the truth

you know NOTHING about Catholicism...Nothing. Catholics honor Mary, we neither adore nor worship her. Keep up with things, will you????if you hanen't been to a Mass in a while, attend one. You will hear more direct readings from the bible than ANY protestant service....and you may actually learn what Catholicism teaches. By the way, if you are validly baptized, you are a Catholic. There is only one, true, valid Christian church in history....the Catholic church...Welcome home!!!!

Obviously I disagree with your opinion. I know well the scriptures so it is not necessary to attend, visiting the Vatican Sites was plenty enough to educate one on their beliefs and practices. No thank you, I have no desire to attend what so ever. There’s enough videos to view to make a deduction that what the Vatican proclaims is pretty much what they practice.
