The Rosary is essentially 90% Mary and 10% God, with the exception that Jesus is Mary's child (" .. blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus" ), He isn't too much a part of the Rosary.
I can see why you're a former Catholic (if you ever were) - you never knew Catholicism in the first place. The Rosary is all about Christ - various meditations on His life. Would you like a detailed explanation? I am offering to enlighten you....

How to pray the Rosary.
http://pinkrosary.org/page%202.html
53 Hail Mary’s. 53 prayers TO Mary.
6 Our Father’s
And Christ is where in all that? Oh yeah, mentioned in passing in the Hail Mary’s.
Big deal.
That doesn’t make the Rosary about Jesus. It’s all about Mary with a little God thrown in to try to give it legitimacy.
A Catholics continual denial of the blatantly obvious shows the level of delusion under which they operate. There are too many former Catholics who know better and will say so for Catholics to get away with that kind of misinformation.
