1Cr 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God......
1Cr 1:23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
You won’t even acknowledge
that you incorrectly thought
I was calling Eckles out for voodoo,
when I was actually
playing along with your view
that Catholic practices are as voodoo
and self-depracatingly (where “self” = “the Church”) calling Judith Anne out for voodoo.
It is quite funny
that you expressed indignant
self-righteous displeasure
that I was implying Eckles practiced voodoo,
when in fact
I was teasing Judith Anne
about practicing voodoo.

I will say that Miss Eckles’ sect’s perversions do include voodoo.
When I see someone unable to admit error I wonder if they really believe that they are saved. Seems to me that relying o the righteousness of God would relax the tight grip on the illusion of one's own infallibility.
