HILLAIOUS!!!

“Here is a handy web page I just found...”

Eckleburg uses a BAPTISTS website while this is what the OPC which Eckleburg is btw, believes about Baptists!

“Question and Answer
Baptists and the OPC

Question:

Is it a general practice for OPC ministers to make strong comments concerning believers’ baptism and the folly of the Baptist denomination?

Answer:

Orthodox Presbyterians, especially ministers and elders, strongly disagree with Baptists on their view of baptism, though they recognize sincere Baptists as brothers and sisters in Christ. One thing we don’t hear from our pulpits is tirades against Baptists and their doctrine of “believers’ baptism.” It does no good to our concerns for brotherly love among believers and grieves those who might have friends or relatives who are Baptists.”

Have you noticed that Dr. Eckleburg invariably uses websites for her arguments that are anti-Catholic or that show Catholics as evil? I have.

It doesn’t seem to matter if they are consistent with her OPC cult or not, as long as they are anti-Catholic.

So, when I wonder who is behind some of the posters here, egging them on, tempting them to trash our Church, I see that every protestant church is grist for the mill, as long as it goes against the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.

LOLOL. Thank you for that terrific understanding from the OPC website. I agree with it whole-heartedly...

I couldn't have said it better myself. A thousand thanks for that lovely understanding in fellowship and the freedom of the Christian conscience.

Thanks.

Dr.E. and I argue at length about Baptism, but we always know we are Brothers and Sisters in Christ. It's great to see RC's start to understand that for us it's our faith that unites us not membership in a church. We always pray that someday RC's will come to believe in The Gospel and join us.
