Don't you believe Jesus' own words?

Matthew 18:19 Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

I though all good Catholics held the very words of Jesus in higher esteem than any of the rest of Scripture?

What's happening here that Catholics mock it now?

Oh, believe Jesus alright. I just think it's excruciatingly apparent that he wasn't talking to YOU in that verse, and you have no way to admit he wasn't without showng what a sham bible-only hermeneutics is.
