What do you think the word EVIDENCE means?
It sure doesn't mean "we think", "we believe", "it might be", "it could be", etc.
EVIDENCE is PROOF, factual DATA. - - "Data presented to a court or jury in proof of the facts in issue and which may include the testimony of witnesses, records, documents, or objects."
NOT skittle ejecting unicorns prancing over rainbows.

I know what it means. It seems that you have a narrow definition though. Perhaps you should look it up. I won’t even give you a link though as I am pretty sure you can handle it all on your own.
