Hardly. No scientists prays to science.
Theyve replaced faith in God with faith in science.
Science works. That's the only faith people have in it. But they know that science is not perfect, and that science fails. How can that be a "replacement" for God?
Look what they expect science to do for them, the very things you claim science can do.
They don't have to "expect" it; they know what science can and does do, and what it can't.
If atheists expect people to reject God because they think He fails them, why not expect people to reject science because it fails them, (and it does).
Because science is not omnipotent, loving or just. Science makes working models. Unfortunately science is not perfect and cannot help everyone. What's your God's reason?
What's *my* God's reason for what? Not helping everyone? Or something else.
Just want to clarify what it is that you are referring to.
