Mine are along the lines of . . .
That dad maintain his connection with God and forgiveness of others . . .
That if he is ‘destined’ to have another major stroke and graduate from this life from it—that it be a peaceful, painless graduation into the arms of Jesus.
That he be as pain free and complications free as possible until his time comes.
And that his care givers be strengthened and drawn close to God, as well.
