Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you.

What traditions would those be?

I've asked different Catholics that every time they quote the verse and have yet to have ONE Catholic tell me what the traditions were that Paul was referring to.

So be the first to tell us. When Paul tells them to keep the traditions passed on to them, what traditions were those and how do you know?

Have a read through the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It discusses the Traditions of the Church which have been passed down. Also, the point of the quote of Paul's is only to demonstrate that Tradition is not prohibited. If you think Tradition is prohibited, prove it from Scripture in light of Paul's directives on it.
