Its becoming very obvious that you think that its baptism that saves not Jesus sacrifice on the cross. I don't know how this claim gets made when the argument has always been Belief first then Baptism.
Your obsession with baptism is the least of your problems.
Actually, I believe it was DR.E. that brought up infant baptism. It is a carry over in the Reformation Churches from the Roman Church.

So do you believe that baptism is necessary for salvation?

I believe it was DR.E. that brought up infant baptism.Nope. I don't think so. I try very hard not to bring this into discussions about the Reformation, etc., because I think it accomplishes exactly what some malcontents intended it to do - divide the faithful.

In fact, in tracing it back, I would bet it was a Roman Catholic who brought up this division among Protestants first on this (and other) threads.
And they keep bringing it up.

Actually, I believe it was DR.E. that brought up infant baptism.**SIGH**. No, I must confess that it was me... *again*... made in passing, to you:
In my observation, those things are specifically the parts of Rome which were not rejected (Baptism v. Infant Baptism springs readily to mind as an example)...

Quite, and a rather cursory search will show that they got it right out of Paganism.
