Regarding the holocaust, that is a direct source. He was apparently at least a holocaust revisionist, not a denier in the vein of Achemadinejad. But even those revisions are sinister in my opinion. Have I run to ground the rest of the citations? no, If I have time I will out of curiosity. Hey go for it yourself! The racism (and abortion views) seem to be valid, there is a lot of info out there.
The problem here is that it is not a complete source. A few pages later Rushdoony gives this assessment of Poncins and why he is used in this context, which is a discussion of the Ninth Commandment and bearing false witness. On p. 589, he says:
Basic to all lying tongues is the unwillingness to accept responsibility. Satan is called the father of lies by our Lord (John 8:44), and Adam and Eve, after accepting Satan’s principle, immediately lied about their guilt (Gen. 3:9-13). Where men are evading their responsibility, they are liars. In denying their guilt and their responsibility, they must affirm the guilt and responsibility of their environment, human and otherwise. Thus, to return to Poncins, the thesis of his study is that the Church of Rome has been victimized by the Jews. The plight of the church is not the responsibility of the church; churchmen from the pope down are all whitewashed. For Poncins the guilt always lies elsewhere, with the Jews or with the Freemasons. Satan did tempt Eve, and other people may tempt us, but, in the sight of God, the basic and primary responsibility is always ours. We cannot escape from guilt by blaming others; we then add a lying tongue to our offenses, and we then become progressively insensitive to the reality of evil. Just as a narcotic addict needs a progressively larger dose to maintain his habit, so the liar needs both a more monstrous lie and a more perverse reality in order to maintain his stability in terms of evil. A liar is thus more dangerous than a thief : he destroys far more, and he lets loose greater evils.It's apparent Rushdoony is not quoting Poncins favorably at all, or even advocating his thesis. To the contrary, he is being used as an exhibit of bearing false witness.Poncins, bitterly anti-Jewish, is ready to report the errors in the accounts of Nazi murders of Jews; he is not ready to be distressed that any were brutally murdered. Poncins is hostile to lies about the numbers of Jews killed, but is he not repeating the lie of Adam and Eve in blaming the evils of the church on everyone except the church? With Eve, Poncins says the serpent gave me, and I did eat; it was therefore not my fault. Poncins must blame someone other than churchmen who have great powers, because to do so would be to accept the guilt of the church, and of its members, including himself.
Every false witness is dangerous, in that it sets loose a vast chain of consequences which cannot be recalled; it unleashes a taint which spreads and leads finally to action. Solomon was right in the sequence of consequences: first the thought, then the word, and finally the act.
The irony is that someone pulled a Rushdoony quote out of context and attempted to portray it as something it is not. That's called bearing false witness.

Given that God has begun to severely discipline THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST FIRST, those CLAIMING to be "Christian" who believe such hidiocies from hell would do well to prepare for some very severe disciplines from God Almighty.
