Funny that you should phrase it that way. Back in 2003, an asterisk-filled Mormon swear-fest broke out on a vanity thread. One Mormon (still present) posted that someone was an "***". Another Mormon (banned the same day) posted that someone was a "lying sack of ****". Both were challenged as to the meaning behind the asterisks, and the first Mormon FReeper responded with this (and I quote):
"Where there is this "lying sack of ****" and no letters, it could mean anything! ....it could be corn, fish, etc."Some of the responses to that post were hilarious:
