The Jesus of the BIBLE and Mormonism are mutually exclusive. The Christ of Mormonism is NOT the Christ of the Bible. I can give you a point by point on that Norm if you would like.
And please answer my question. Which do you want more the truth or Mormonism? Christ and Mormonism? Salvation or your religion?
If Jesus was leading you out of Mormonism, would you go? Or would you rather stay LDS regardless?
Who is more important to belong to? Christ or Mormon Church?
Would you follow Christ, would you seek the TRUTH, at ANY cost, even your Mormon religion?
Because I did. I didn’t want to leave Mormonism, I loved it and thought I was blessed by it, but I wanted the truth, I wanted Christ no matter the cost. And the cost was my Mormonism.
I became a Latter-day Saint because I wanted to know the truth about Christ and found it taught by the Mormons.
I have no idea why Jesus, who I found in Mormonism, would want me to leave. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is His church, and therefore where I want to be.
